“Man and Nature, Praise the Lord!”
Many Psalms unite humanity with nature in glorifying God. But do these Psalms emphasize the inner unity of all Creation… Or the distinctions at its heart?
And for March let’s do “The Psalmist’s path to Liberty: Finding Freedom in One’s Heart”
The 929 Project is a worldwide program, now in its second cycle. Participants are guided each day, 5 days a week, to read a chapter of the Tanach, and after 929 days they will have completed the entire Tanach. Keeping on schedule with the daily chapters is not necessary for participation in the class.
Each month we discuss relevant themes in the previous month’s chapters. Rachel facilitates each class and exposes participants to various texts, both Jewish and secular.
This remote class is open to women only. There is a suggested donation of $10 for this class. Register to receive the Zoom link and source sheet before the class

Rachel Sharansky Danziger grew up in Jerusalem, where she completed degrees in philosophy and history and taught Tanach to new immigrants. Her MA focused on the way 18th century American protoevangelicals told their personal stories, and what their stories tell us about their experiences of emotions and self. Rachel explored similar connections between stories, religion, and emotions in workshops she led that combined Torah study and creative writing. She blogs about Judaism, Israel and parenting for the Times of Israel, Kveller, and other online venues.
